![]() ![]() I chatted with Apple via iMessages and the link they sent did not work. It was already a struggle to get the appointment. He then proceeded to redirect me to a sales associate name Randall who STILL could not help me. Being on the phone, I would have been transferred a thousand times to different departments, but he didn't understand that. ![]() I had an appointment with the genius bar and Josh or Joshua completely invalidated my needs and questions by saying "this isn't what the genius bar is for" with a slick attitude and telling me I could call and get all the help I need when I had multiple questions about multiple different things. Other stores are open for people to roam, but it seems like Apple requires an appointment for sales or the genius bar. They have people guarding the door asking what are you coming in for like it really matters. Since the pandemic, this store hasn't been helpful at all. ![]()
